Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative position. Our CSR division is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

The role will involve following logistics mandates, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate and timely information. This hybrid role is located in Blainville, QC, with flexibility for some remote work.


  • The candidate MUST be perfectly bilingual in both French and English
  • A third language would be a vital asset
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using software and tools (Microsoft Office365)
  • Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
