Thirteen years with the same company is a remarkable achievement these days. It is usually easy to highlight the contribution of a colleague with whom one shares a professional life; however, it becomes more delicate when it involves a member of your own family. Today, I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional journey of my daughter, Kim Martel.
I am immensely proud of Kim’s remarkable contributions since her early days at AP International. At every stage of her career, she has grown both professionally and personally. She began her career in the accounting team, but it was truly upon her return from maternity leave that her trajectory took a new direction.
At that time, we made the decision to create an entirely new team dedicated to customer service, with the goal of providing even more structured support to our clients and business partners. Hardworking, determined, and tireless, Kim was the very first to build this team. Unsurprisingly, the success was immediate and outstanding.
In recent years, Kim has held the position of Director of this team, and much like her colleague Valérie Maher, I sincerely believe that the nickname “Wonder Woman” suits her perfectly. Under her leadership, the diligent work of the Customer
Experience team continues every day to strengthen AP International’s reputation and support the company’s growth.
Congratulations and thank you, Kim, for these 13 years of dedication. And do I even need to add: here’s to many more years at AP International.
