February 4, 2026, marks the 7th professional anniversary of our colleague and good friend, Varinder Sharma.
After completing his logistics studies at Champlain College, Varinder joined our team in early 2019, and what a remarkable impact he has made ever since. We are truly fortunate to have Varinder as part of the AP team. He has a unique ability to turn complex challenges into clear, effective solutions.
Always available and deeply committed to his teammates, Varinder is an exceptional colleague and a true asset to our organization. We can only hope that he continues his journey with the AP team for many years to come.
On a personal note, I want to emphasize how incredibly proud Canada should be to call Varinder and his wife Nancy, along with their two wonderful sons, Vivaan and Liyaan, Canadian citizens. All four will unquestionably continue to add meaningful value to our country and to the communities around them.
They (like so many families who choose Canada) represent exactly what immigration has always been about: commitment, hard work, contribution, and belief in a shared future. Immigration is not only a strength of Canada; it is one of the foundations of who we are as a nation.
Varinder, thank you for everything and let’s continue our journey together!
