On January 7, 2013, a certain Nathalie Gagnon took her very first steps at AP International and today, I can say without hesitation that hiring Nathalie was one of the best decisions I have ever made. How grateful I am that she chose to apply for a position at AP International ! Thirteen years later, Nathalie shows up every single day and continues to work tirelessly to ensure that AP International maintains one of the strongest reputations in the industry.
Since joining AP, Nathalie has continuously expanded her responsibilities in operations, business development, and customer service. Regardless, she excels in every role. There is no better way to describe Nathalie than to call her a “Swiss Army knife.” She does everything well, with passion and quality. On top of that, she brings out the best in those around her. Always smiling, Nathalie demonstrates a calm, effective, and inspiring leadership style.
Over the past few years, she has taken on the role of Director of North American Operations, and with the support of her team, the company continues to reach new heights. In a career, very few people have the privilege of working alongside individuals with such talent (professional and personal) and I am truly grateful to count Nathalie Gagnon not only as a colleague, but as a friend.
