Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd (OOCL) welcomes its first ever giant container ship, capable of handling 24,188 TEUs, to its fleet.
The mega-ship was officially christened “OOCL Spain” at a ceremony held in Nantong, China.
Measuring nearly 400 meters in length and just over 61 meters in width, this giant ship is equipped with the most advanced green and smart technologies. It is the first in a series of six vessels ordered by OOCL.
