We had the immense joy of hosting Soeur Angèle at our offices on Thursday, December 22. As the holiday season approaches, her visit was most inspiring and energizing for each member of our wonderful team!
Generous, Soeur Angèle shared many anecdotes of her life since her arrival in Canada (from Italy) at the age of 17 in 1955! Challenges have been an integral part of her life and for her, the most important way to go through these challenges is to welcome each one of them with a smile and optimism! When there is will, and acceptance, there is always a solution! There is so much to learn from this little lady; a true force of nature, despite his 84 years of age!
The icing on the cake 🍰, Soeur Angèle cooked her legendary fudge in just a few minutes! The team lined up fast to feast on this delicacy!
Soeur Angèle knew how to touch the AP TEAM with her energy, her amazing sense of humor, her simplicity, her generosity, and her humanity🥰 No less, but an inspiring and tasty visit!
The AP TEAM is proud to have contributed to the Soeur Angèle Foundation, which supports the development of youth by simply introducing them to cooking! A donation was also made to the Gérard Delage Foundation, which promotes the advancement of skills and know-how in the fields of Quebec hospitality.
